Referring your friends, family and co-workers to our salon is the best compliment you could ever give us. As a thank you, when you refer a guest you will receive $20 off of your service of $30 or more during your next visit. As a welcome gift, our new guest will also receive $20 of his or her first service of $30 or more.
Products may be returned as long as they are unopened and unused for a full refund within 2 weeks of purchase. Opened Mirabella and custom blended Bioelements products cannot be returned.
As a Redken Elite Salon, we operate under a performance based Level System. It is uniquely structured to accomplish two main goals: to provide career advancement and opportunity of growth for our service providers; and to offer various price points at the highest quality of service to our guests to meet their beauty needs and budgets. Please feel free to further inquire about our Level System during your consultation.
Meet Our Team
We realize that things come up and situations may prevent you from keeping your reservation with us. If for any reason you are unable to keep your reservation, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. Credit card numbers may be required to reserve certain appointments and in the case of a "no show" and half of the total services will be charged to the card.
Gratuities are by no means expected from our guests. The best thank you you can give your service provider is reserving your next appointment and referring your friends, family and co-workers to them. However, if you do opt to leave something extra the customary range is between 10 and 20 percent of the guests' total services. Unfortunately, we are unable to process gratuities on ANY type of card, but you may write a check or leave cash if you wish.
